Bad Hall, home of the new Mediterrana thermal spa and with Europe's richest iodine-brine spring, is renowned for its competency in health.  

However, we also highly value culture. One highlight of our region is the Kremsmünster Benedictine Monastery, known for its world-famous art treasures such as Tassilo's chalice, its observatory and natural history museum.

The monastery's winery will delight wine lovers with its excellent wines. In Schloss Kremsegg more than 1,000 rare historical wind instruments from all over the world as well as a unique piano collection are on display. The Forum Hall in Bad Hall is the venue of an impressive arts and handicrafts exhibition including beautiful antique house doors. Bad Hall's Stadttheater features a wide repertoire of operettas, musicals and cabarets. 

In Pfarrkirchen you will find one of Upper Austria's most famous Roccoco churches. The  “Gnadenbrünnlein” fountain of mercy can be found in Adlwang, also known for centuries as a Marian pilgrimage site. It is told that the fountain has caused many miracles to happen. Numerous concerts and events in Kremsmünster and Bad Hall, such as the Bad Hall Spa Orchestra's regularly held concerts, round off the towns' diverse attractions.
