“Reformation and Counter Reformation“ at Schloss Parz
On the first Sunday of every month, a trip to the Provincial Exhibition 2010 at the impressive Renaissance castle of Parz near Grieskirchen. During the trip to the Hausruckviertel you will visit the Kremsmünster Monastery.
During a guided tour through this abbey in Upper Austria, the “Cradle of Culture”, you will hear about the original settlers in our region and the spread of the Roman Catholic Church throughout the country. In contrast, the Provincial Exhibition 2010 focuses on “Reformation and Counter Reformation” presenting a historically very important period that was also significant for the town of Steyr.
